After purchase, you will be able to download the gift voucher in pdf format. The download link (valid for 30 days) will also be sent to your e-mail. Be sure to save the document in your files before the link expires. Gift vouchers can be redeemed within 5 years of purchase, after which the value will be forfeited.

You will be required to present a printed or electronic version of the voucher when redeeming it at the hotel. Keep this document safe: the voucher is transferrable, and services included will be honored to any guest showing it at the hotel.
